I AM.

Two of the most powerful words on the planet.
What follows them is a message to the quantum field about who you are, what you desire, and why you’re here.

I am a teacher, a healer, an author, and a one-time podcaster.
I am also a wife, a mother, a sister, and a friend.
And I am someone who believes deeply in the power of your soul’s wisdom.

After more than a decade of healing, learning, and clearing what blocked me from my Higher Self, I now help others do the same. My work is rooted in the belief that you already have the answers you seek—you may just need support remembering how to hear them.

I Am a Teacher

My passion is helping people access their own spiritual knowing.

We were taught to seek answers from others—from teachers, parents, gurus, or religious leaders. We weren’t taught to trust ourselves. Many of us don’t realize that we can know… or that we already do.

I’m here to help you uncover that inner knowing. To teach you how to listen to your Higher Self, recognize your soul’s voice, and navigate the noise that gets in the way.

That’s the intention behind Mastery of Your Information – a course I’ve been teaching for six years. Mastery of Your Information offers a practical approach to energy work, designed to help you quiet your mind, release stress, and build confidence in your ability to tune into your own information.

I Am a Healer & Host

For millennia, healing was intuitive. People trusted that the Earth and the energy around them held what they needed to be well.

When I discovered healing alchemy, I questioned it constantly. I doubted that energy was real. But after nearly ten years of working through my own wounds, fears, and limiting beliefs, I can tell you without hesitation: healing is real. Energy is real. And transformation is possible.

I use healing alchemy every other Monday night in The Healing Circle – Healings with The Teachings of The Guides. The Guides are Melchizedek – the High Counsel of Source – and have been channeling through Paul Selig since 2008. Each book carries profound healing and transformation, but we’re not using just one book all the time. We’re exploring just a few pages at a time of different books — examining the teachings and receiving the healings available, while applying them to our lives, relationships, careers, and health.

We address the places where we judge ourselves, resist growth, or see only chaos—so we can realign with peace, power, and presence.

I Am an Author

My book, The Health & Happiness Guide to the Universal Laws: What You Most Want to Know, was born from a desire to make spiritual principles more accessible.

When I wrote it, I understood the laws intellectually. Now, I live them.

The Law of Divine Timing teaches that nothing is early or late—it is precisely on time.
The Law of Divine Perfection affirms that nothing is a mistake, not even the choices we judge most harshly. Even the messy, painful, uncertain chapters of life are aligned with our soul’s highest intention.

This book is a practical, compassionate invitation to explore the rules the universe plays by—and to begin trusting your journey.

I Am (Briefly) a Podcaster

In 2022, I co-created Claims of Truth with Joan Bowers—a podcast exploring the channeled work of Paul Selig and The Guides.

The project was born out of years of intuitive nudges. It asked us to show up, share our voices, and trust the process. We explored The Kingdom, episode by episode, opening up conversations around attunement, frequency, and divine identity.

Though the podcast is no longer active, the experience remains a testament to courage, collaboration, and creative growth.
